How long will sbs 2003 be supported

I will have to side with your IT providers. The big question you have to ask yourself, could you run your business if something were to happen? How much more would it cost you, financially and business functionality if your server were to go down?

I do completely understand about the ideal of not fixing what is not broken, to a point. If it was that old inkjet printer sitting on your desk, ok, that old CRT monitor, ok, but your server, which is mission critical, that raises doubt and it is not worth the risk.

For all of my small businesses, that I provide support for, have a budget, that I setup for them and each month they put money aside for instances like this. Ask a question. Quick access. Search related threads. Remove From My Forums.

Monday, January 7, AM. January 18, at pm. Thanks a ton for this lifesaver! Have carefully uninstalled every unneeded application after sucessfully migrating a customers server and now I would hate to have to format a install from scratch. This saved me a lot of time. In my first migration this would have come in handy because I used all 21 days for the migration and I was taking the risk of not finishing in time… Great work!

February 5, at pm. I did after trying to remember this from memory, it caused a continuous boot loop — zero is a boot time service. I had to boot up with a recovery disk, load up mass storage drivers, load the system registry hive and modify the value to 4. March 22, at pm. Would this method work on SBS ?
