Disneyland does not respond. Any advice? I have 2 tickets 5 day hoppers from last year. We were at Disneyland when it closed.
Only able to use 4 of the 5 days. I have used the chat feature on the Disney app to have the remaining day added back to our account with no success. Chatted with3 different cast members over the past three days.

I am so sorry. I have tickets that expired November , due to park closure, will these tickets still be honored, if yes, until when? Definitely give Disneyland a call for clarification. If not, the credit works like this: the amount you paid will be applied to a new ticket, so you pay the difference. I was in the same situation, 4 day park hopper Canadian resident tickets bought January and unused. Even 11 days as in my case! It is quite ridiculous since we have not been able to cross the border and normally you have a year to use the tickets.
I was told I have 2 options. Bring the expired tickets to the ticket booth with me and they would apply that price to the cost of a new ticket or they would request a refund for me back to my credit card. I bought tickets online Dec They were set to expire Jan I see that the expiration dates are extended however I only have a confirmation because my tickets were in the app. I never actually printed them and now they have disappeared. I would reach out to Disney with your confirmation number and they can resend the tickets.

Your ticket is valid through and you can make a reservation with it any time, up to 60 days in advance at this time. I have 4 expired tickets that I never used last year due to the pandemic and Disneyland closing will I still be able to use those tickets. I bought the SoCal Resident tickets last year.

It says in the info from Disney that multi day passes with first use between Feb 28th and March 15th are still valid, but we used ours once the week before. Tickets may be used on non-consecutive days. Blockout days of July 4; November , apply. An expired ticket isn't necessarily a lost cause.
